The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC) invites registrations for this virtual Victorian Cancer Survivorship Community of Practice.
The forum brings together health professionals with an interest in cancer survivorship and the implementation of new models of care and provides an opportunity to discuss key aspects of cancer survivorship.
The forum will include:

- Clinical Placement Program in Cancer Survivorship (CPPiCS) update – Lin Chai, Project Manager, ACSC

- Services available for CALD patients in the cancer survivorship setting – Dr Lawrence Kasherman, Medical Oncologist, University of Sydney
- Preventing Cancer with Medications (PCMed) service – Katrina West, Nurse Practitioner, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
- Structured Exercise after Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Colon Cancer, CHALLENGE trial – Prof. Haryana Dhillion, Senior Research Fellow, University of Sydney

Conversations in Cancer Survivorship
The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre, in collaboration with the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia, the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia, and Cancer Councils Victoria and NSW, is hosted a free webinar.
This session featured an interactive, multidisciplinary panel discussion designed to assist health professionals to build skills and confidence to communicate effectively about cancer survivorship. Participants will gain practical communication strategies, valuable insights, and access to key resources to better support cancer survivors.

The Victorian Cancer Survivorship Community of Practice forum brings together health professionals with an interest in cancer survivorship and the implementation of new models of care and provides an opportunity to discuss key aspects of cancer survivorship.
This free forum is open to those working with cancer survivors from all sectors including hospital, community or non-government organisations, researchers and policymakers.

Opportunity to hear about current cancer survivorship research
These forums provide an opportunity for healthcare professionals, researchers and organisations to build connections, support collaborations and hear about current cancer survivorship research being undertaken by Victorian and interstate experts.
This is a joint initiative between the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre and the Victorian Cancer Agency and is open to anyone interested or involved in cancer survivorship research.
