The webinar was facilitated by Associate Professor Nicolas Hart who led a panel of experts and guided attendees through a comprehensive exploration of survivorship care for people with treatable but not curable cancers. The facilitated panel discussion explored the roles of nursing, medical and allied health professionals in improving care and outcomes by covering the topics of incurable haematological cancers, common issues experienced, ideal care, support available for people in the community as well as research and advocacy priorities for this population. The webinar also included a lived experience perspective. Accompanying this webinar, a recommended resource list for people living with treatable but not curable cancers was created.
